Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends

and holidays).

Orders placed after 5 PM CST will be processed the following business day.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Goldenrod Herbal Co. is not responsible for delays once an order has shipped

We primarily ship through USPS and may use other carriers such as UPS or FedEx depending on order size, weight, and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Goldenrod Herbal Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be re-sent.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Goldenrod Herbal Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Goldenrod Herbal Co. considers the order fulfilled.

We are happy to assist with filing a claim when possible; however, we do not guarantee replacements or refunds for these situations.

We carefully package all items, including fragile goods such as crystals and glass containers.

If your order arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Once delivered, customers are responsible for proper storage of all products.

• Temperature fluctuations during shipping may affect product texture but do not necessarily indicate damage

We are not responsible for product degradation due to improper storage after delivery.

Goldenrod Herbal Co. is not liable for changes in product quality caused by exposure to extreme temperatures during transit.

Customers assume responsibility for ordering during weather conditions that may affect natural products.
